Titanium Front Axles 
These parts have been hard coated with Quadralloy to reduce wear from the bearings. Mettec has proven its axles on some of the largest supercross whoop sections. We have had teams use our axles for a full season and they are still good enough to use again!

Titanium Swingarm Pivots 
Weight loss is key for any serious racer. The swingarm pivot is low to the ground and centered on the bike so it will not upset the delicate balance of the bike. This piece has also been coated with Quadralloy to reduce wear.

Titanium Rear Axles 
Reducing the weight of the rear axle will improve your bike’s agility. The suspension can work less to move the lightweight axle therefore making it easier to tune. A Quadralloy coating has also been added to the rear axle for wear purposes.

Titanium Brake Lever Pivot
Mettec titanium front brake lever pivot shoulder bolt is a direct replacement of the OEM part. Torque to factory recommended specification. Mettec's pivot bolt is gun-drilled to remove extra weight and is over half the weight of a stock steel bolt.

The KTM fork guard bolts come in two different head styles. One is flush so that you don’t snag on any deep ruts. The other is more angular to catch your eye. Each is very light weight and flashy.

Titanium Oil Drain Plug 
Mettec titanium oil drain plug is a direct replacement of the OEM part. Torque to factory recommended specification. Mettec has increase the thickness in the hex area to add more strength. You will not break the hex off and have oil poor out of your engine. Also notice the safety wire holes to allow you to secure oil plug. Titanium is half the weight of the stock steel bolt.

Titanium Counter Sprocket Bolt 
Mettec titanium counter sprocket bolt is a direct replacement of the OEM part. Apply moly paste to threads and torque to factory recommended specification. Mettec uses a proprietary new titanium that is stronger than Ti 6/4. Also notice the safety wire holes to allow you to secure bolt to the counter sprocket. When used with a light weight steel counter sprocket with holes, you can safety wire thru holes in counter sprocket to safety wire holes in bolt head. Titanium is half the weight of the stock steel bolt.

Titanium KTM 450F Valve Cover Bolts
Titanium valve cover bolts are an easy way to remove mass from the top of your bike. Mettec has made them extra light to give that advantage to you. No special modification to your valve cover required. Direct replacement for OEM part and can be torqued to factory specification. Mettec recommends using MOLY paste on the threads to get accurate torque.

These nuts were designed for an offroad race team, and are now open to the public. These nuts are an OEM replacement for the 2007/2008 SX450. They will reduce the rotational weight of the motor therefore making the rpm transition smoother.

Aluminum Banjo Bolts 
Mettec aluminum banjo bolts will remove unsprung weight while making your machine look really trick. Notice safety wire holes are pre drilled for your convenience. Reducing weight provides more precise handling and less rider fatigue at the end of a race. Weight saved per bolt is .04lb (15 grams). Available in Black, and Orange.
