Titanium Brake Line Banjo Bolts 
  Mettec titanium banjo bolts will remove unsprung weight while making your machine look really trick. Notice safety wire holes are pre drilled for your convenience. Reducing weight provides more precise handling and less rider fatigue at the end of a race. Weight saved per bolt is .03lb (10 grams). When ordering specify which thread pitch you require for your brake calipers.

Titanium Motor Mount Spacers and Jam-Nut
Mettec's titanium motor mount spacers replace the heavy steel spacers found on stock bikes. The weight saved by using both the lower and top spacers is .16lb (75 grams). Mettec also offers four color options for the aluminum jam nut ring. We offer Red, Black, Gold, and Blue colors for jam-nut rings. Pick your color when you order. Note: Must remove the engine from frame in order to install spacers.

Titanium Swing Arm / Engine Mount Spacer-Sleeve and Jam-Nut
The stock item is heavy and titanium will reduce your bike weight by .17lb (77 grams). The jam-nut is also available in Red, Black, Gold and Blue. This part is easy to install. All you have to do is remove your swing arm pivot bolt and reassemble with the titanium spacer-sleeve and aluminum jam-nut. A must have to save weight and give that bike the sexy look it deserves!

Aluminum Front Axle Cap
The stock bolt is heavy steel and aluminum will reduce your bike weight by .09lb (40 grams). Available in Red, Black, Gold and Blue. This part is easy to install. All you have to do is remove your stock steel bolt and reassemble with the aluminum bolt. Then you can safety wire your axle bolt for extra safety.

Titanium Rear Sprocket Cush Drive Bolts for Marchesini and BST Wheels
Stock steel bolts are heavy and hurt the performance of your bike. These parts are easy to install. Direct replacement of the steel bolts. If you own a set of high-end wheels, you better go that extra effort and install titanium cush drive bolts. A must have to reduce rotating weight!

Honda CBR600-1000 Front Axles

Mettec front axles are made with a new high strength titanium alloy with a Minimum UTS of 195,000psi (1,344MPa). Good enough for space craft and jet fighters, and is a stronger replacement than Titanium 6/4 which only has Minimum UTS 160,000psi (1103MPa). Mettec applies our proprietary hard coating to the outside surface called Quadralloy. Quadralloy will reduce wear between bearing race and axle surface. Call with model and year.

Honda CBR600-1000 Swing Arm Pivots Shafts
This shaft is the connection between the swingarm & the main frame. The pivot has been given the Quadralloy coating to reduce friction as well as bearing wear. The weight savings for this piece is almost a half pound!

CBR Lever Pivots
These bolts were designed to fit the stock perches. They have a long shoulder for the lever to rotate upon, as well as threads long enough to use a nut to lock them down on the backside. These parts will be included in the Front End Kit when ordered.

  Mettec titanium bolt kits are very complete. We work hard at duplicating the OEM dimensions when appropriate and change the fasteners size wherever we can engineer a weight savings. The majority of Mettec fasteners have forged heads to increase fatigue strength. Mettec fasteners feature rolled threads. When you purchase all bolt kits, front axle, swing arm pivot shaft, and rear axles, you can reduce your bikes weight by 4.5 - 5.25 pounds (2.05 - 2.39 kilos) depending on model.
