Mettec started in 1995 and focused mainly on Titanium 6Al 4V structural alloy. In more recent times Mettec has expanded our capabilities into manufacturing high strength steel alloys such as A286, H11, 4340, Hastelloy. Mettec is one of a few companies that can produce structural grade Titanium alloy fasteners at an elevated strength range of 160Ksi (1100Mpa) to 195Ksi (1355Mpa).

Our capabilities include CNC mill and lathes, gundrilling, centerless grinding, thread rolling, hot forging, shot peening, and PVD coatings. We are capable of handling digital .IGES, .DXF, .DWG, and .PDF files. You can submit your files via internet or on CD.

All these processes are used to make our own product which is mainly titanium fasteners. Mettec production capacity exceeds our internal needs so we apply our excess capacity to commercial job shop contracts. All work is planned and managed to ISO 9001-2008 standards. Shop Tech E2 system is the controlling foundation for work material traceability, work in progress, quality adherence and cost control. This information is used to provide timely and accurate customer service. Mettec work force is skilled, experienced and stable. Personnel turnover is very low.
